Cool. V and A my favourite.
ReplyDeleteNever enough time to see everything......π
DeleteThanks for sharing. I haven't visited the IWM since I was 13, something I must redress.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely worth a trip back has had a lot of updating π
DeleteWhat! No Cutty Sark?
ReplyDeleteNever enough time π
DeleteLooks like you are having a splendid time! Good to see the Burnaby portrait too. :)
ReplyDeleteSaw the portrait and immediately recognised it from your blog so had to snap a picture π
DeleteExcellent travel photos! I especially like the photo of the 88. Very cool!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if the Russian Revolution exhibition is the same one I saw in Zurich in May? If the same then you were in for a real treat.
We had some fun ........the Russian exhibition was brilliant but no idea if it is touring ? π
DeleteLooks like fun, off to the Russian revolution exhibition with the family on Saturday, looking forward to it!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
We found it fascinating π
DeletePottering, a much underrated pastime. I preferred the old IWM, not fond of museums designed for folk so they don't have to think for themselves.
ReplyDeleteWe could no doubt start a long debate on the best museums ? I have been to so many over the yearsπ
DeletePottering much undervalued I think as I grow older! Not at Claymore on Saturday then?
ReplyDeleteSadly not this year, we are on family holiday over in Yorkshire. But I do have some figures to paint
ReplyDeleteBurnaby!
ReplyDeleteI am not sure it gets much better than the Imperial War museum.
ReplyDeleteI should make an effort and go this year again.
Oh I may have to try and catch the Russian revolution ... as you say always do much to do
