Christmas Review 2021

Well it has been a funny kind of year, I don’t go in much for retrospective posts but as last year and as a Merry Christmas to my loyal followers I mashed together pictures from the majority of battles that have taken place in the dungeon this year. I guess it is ‘eye candy’ so if you like that sort of thing have a look if not skip down……

Whilst I have been busy with family stuff in the lead up to Christmas we did manage to get in a walk on one of those rare but utterly beautiful days during winter.

Looking across to Helvelyn
Looking south much of the south of Cumbria and Morecambe bay under cloud
The Roman Road over High Street still very visible and easy to follow
Finally just to wish you all a very Merry Christmas your support and kind words have been a huge support during a couple of difficult years. 2022 promises to be a big year in several ways. This isn’t the last battle for 2021 am working through a solo ACW game so will post that soon. Off to fill Santa’s stockings and looking forward to opening my soldiers on Christmas Day πŸ˜€

  10. Thanks for another great video review of the games you put on this year. You do have a good mix of games and being able to see the detail on some of your 28mm games is great and very inspiring, as are the 10mm games too.

The pictures of the countryside are very uplifting on what is yet another dull and wet day here in Bristol. God knows when we last saw any proper cold and sunny days.

Thanks once again for your Blogging efforts which I've really enjoyed and here's hoping for a better 2022!

    1. Thanks Steve for your support and kind words. That window of weather seems to have closed again as we return to wet and cloud but hopefully it will return. More games for the new year πŸ‘
