It is the matchbox yesteryear 1935 version and once again a pretty good scale for 28 mm. I think a squad of firemen could easily hang off the back on their way to battle. The photo doesn't quite get the shiny nature of the truck so I may have to put some Matt vanish on it to cool it down a bit, at least of the wheels. I am wondering how I could build a driver ?
